I’m looking for a customer support agent to handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries for my e-commerce store. The ideal candidate should be patient, detail-oriented, and able to provide prompt and professional responses to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Resolve order-related issues, refunds, and complaints
- Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
